SmartAdapter is our custom built usb connector.
Our in-home displays are designed to run on mains power. Where batteries are supplied, these are for backup only. You should only use our bespoke adapter with our in-home displays. If you have damaged or lost your SmartAdapter, you can buy a replacement here.
Please note there are two types of USB connector – please select the correct type per below.
Please note the SmartAdapter has a retractable third pin.
Please slide out for use with a standard UK 3-pin mains socket.
