SmartXtendPro provides the combined functionality of a Consumer Access Device (CAD) and a ZigBee HAN range extender in a simple and discreet device.

Fitting directly into a UK 3-pin wall socket, it can be easily installed by following the simple instructions provided.

SmartXtendPro expands your smart metering network coverage, allowing you to see your gas and electricity data when your meters are located remotely, for example, in large properties, or where a “dumb” gas meter is positioned outside the home or in the garage. (Please note – this device is not suitable for apartment blocks)

SmartXtendPro gives more flexibility in positioning your in-home display. The extended range avoids having to place your display device in a garage, for example, close to the smart meter.

The additional CAD functionality means you can access your Smart Energy data on your smartphone using the Fuuli app available for iOS or Android devices.

  • You will need to have smart meters installed in your property for the SmartXtendPro to work. We will check this prior to accepting orders.  If you wish to check in advance, you can do so on the Citizens Advice website at https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/
  • To satisfy regulatory requirements, we will need to collect data on your meter and postcode to verify your identity and confirm we have your permission to join the device to your smart meter(s). This data will only be used for the stated purpose with our DCC Other User partner. IHDL are ISO27001 Certified. Please see our Privacy Policy at www.in-home-displays.co.uk/privacy
  • Simple connection instructions will be supplied following shipment.
  • The SmartXtendPro will not resolve all connectivity issues. It is not designed for apartment blocks, where meters are in a central meter room remote from the flat. Signal degradation can occur due to extreme distances between meter(s) and large items such as walls/radiators in line of sight.
  • The SmartXtendPro is not transferable. If you are moving home, please see our FAQs at www.in-home-displays.co.uk/faqs/movinghome
  • To receive gas data, your gas meter (GSME) and GPF must be fully installed and commissioned by your energy company. We will check and advise if you need to contact them following installation of your SmartXtendPro
  • To receive your energy data on your smartphone/tablet, you will need to download the Fuuli app and ensure the SmartXtendPro is connected using your home Wi-Fi.
