You will need to have smart meters installed in your property for the SmartView³ to work. We will check this prior to accepting orders. If you wish to check in advance, you can do so on the Citizens Advice website at https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/
To satisfy regulatory requirements, we will need to collect data on your meter and postcode to verify your identity and confirm we have your permission to join the device to your smart meter(s). To receive data, your electricity (ESME), Comms Hub, and where applicable your gas meter (GSME) and GPF, must be fully installed and commissioned by your energy company. We will check and advise if you need to contact them once we have received your consent during the installation process.
