SmartViewPro provides the accessibility and benefits of an in-home display and with the flexibility of a Consumer Access Device (CAD), allowing access to smart energy data at home or on the move.

The full capacitive touch screen makes it easy to navigate through our intuitive user Interface and view “real-time” data from your smart meters. Identify your energy-hungry devices. Keep track of your energy usage and spend, view your usage history and set targets to help keep you on budget. The addition of an SD card slot gives the added advantage of enhanced energy data storage.

The additional CAD functionality means you can access your Smart Energy data on your smartphone using the Fuuli app available for iOS or Android devices.

The SmartViewPro  has dual band capability, which means it can be set to 868 MHz where the property has a dual band Comms Hub and needs an extended range

Please Note:

  • You will need to have smart meters installed in your property for the SmartViewPro to work. We will check this prior to accepting orders.  If you wish to check in advance, you can do so on the Citizens Advice website at https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/
  • If you are still needing to send meter readings, or your bills are estimated, your smart meter may not be fully connected.  If so, you will need to please check with your energy supplier before you place an order for your SmartView
  • To satisfy regulatory requirements, we will need to collect data on your meter and postcode to verify your identity and confirm we have your permission to join the device to your smart meter(s). This data will only be used for the stated purpose with our DCC Other User partner. IHDL are ISO27001 Certified. Please see our Privacy Policy at ww-in-home-displays.co.uk/privacy
  • A remote connection time will be arranged with you following shipment.
  • Electricity data is updated every ten seconds, gas data approximately every 30 minutes*.
  • The SmartViewPro is designed to run on mains power. Disposable batteries can be fitted for short-term back up use only, for example to move around the house and identify energy-hungry devices. (Batteries not provided)

  • Pay-as-you-go customers will not be able to use the device to top up their account.
