Our website and “Fuuli” app do not capture or store personal information other than outlined below. The system will only record other personal information if you enter it when completing our contact us form.

• Directly from you. When you make an enquiry, we ask you for your name, (company), email and a contact telephone number so we can make contact with you and fully respond to your enquiry. Your information is stored in our database and is not shared with any third parties.
We will use the information in a manner which conforms to UKGDPR, so that we can provide information on our smart energy solutions (including but not limited to: in-home displays, Zigbee range extender, consumer access devices (CADs) and associated “Fuuli” app).
• Our website and Fuuli app. This may include information about the electronic devices you use to connect to our Services, such as device details, type of device, operating system, browser, internet service provider, mobile network or IP address. We also use third-party analytics to provide us with information about how you use our Services, which helps us develop our products and services to improve your experience.
3. How we use your Personal Information
We will use your personal information as described above, but we may use your personal information to send you information we think you might find useful, provided you have indicated that you are happy to be contacted for these purposes.
We will make sure that the gathering, holding and use of your personal data is kept to a minimum and in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement. We will not use your personal details for any other purpose without obtaining your consent, unless otherwise necessary as explained in this statement.
To allow for business continuity and training purposes, we reserve the right to monitor telephone calls we may have with you.
4. How we protect your Personal Information
To the extent required, we will endeavour to keep your information accurate and up-to-date and not keep it for longer than is necessary to service your enquiry – e.g. enquiries made to our Helpdesk. Personal information may be collected on a paper or online form, by telephone, email etc. by an employee or an individual/ company acting on behalf of In Home Displays Ltd. We may also use third-party CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) to maintain necessary data, to help process your enquiries or supply information which you have requested.
We will not disclose data to third parties not specified here, other than as required by law.
We have organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
